About the Role: Mapping (Non-Voice Process)

As a Mapping Associate, you will work on projects that involve data accuracy, location mapping, and operational support for Wipro’s global clients. This is a non-voice backend process role that requires attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a good command of English communication.

The role involves working on data tools, spreadsheets, and maps, ensuring the correctness and consistency of geographical and operational data. It’s a great fit for candidates who are analytical, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with Excel and mapping software.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on mapping and data annotation tasks for global projects.
• Ensure high accuracy and quality in data entry and map-based operations.
• Perform data validation, analysis, and quality checks as per project requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
• Update and maintain mapping-related reports using MS Excel and internal tools.
• Follow company guidelines for productivity, confidentiality, and accuracy.
• Support operations with non-voice backend activities as assigned.
• Maintain professional communication and report progress regularly.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical and observation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, process-oriented environment.
• Must be detail-oriented and capable of handling repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with internet-based tools.

Educational Qualification

• Any Graduate (in any stream) is eligible to apply.
• Candidates must possess all educational documents including Provisional Certificate (PC) and Consolidated Marks Memo (CMM).
• Pursuing students or candidates awaiting results are not eligible.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Experience Required

• Freshers (0 years) and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in BPO / Non-Voice / Mapping roles can apply.
• Prior experience in data mapping, GIS, or backend processes is an added advantage.

Work Details

• Work Mode: Work from Office
• Work Location: Hyderabad (Wipro Gachibowli Campus)
• Shifts: Rotational, including night shifts (mandatory flexibility required)
• Working Days: 5 days a week
• Week Offs: 2 rotational week-offs
