About the Role – What is CSG?
The Contact Support Group (CSG) is the first line of defense for Capgemini’s Cloud & Infrastructure Services (CIS). Candidates will manage:
- IT infrastructure incident handling
- Customer queries via call, email, chat, BOTs
- Ticket classification, prioritization, and updates
- Troubleshooting issues related to internet, password resets, sessions, etc.
- Improving customer experience through excellent communication
You will work with multiple tools, follow service delivery standards, and collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
This role requires 24×7 shift flexibility as Capgemini serves worldwide clients across different time zones.
Eligibility & Educational Requirements
