Role Overview – AI Developer (Fresher)
As an Apprentice AI Developer, you will work with CGI’s AI team to design, develop, and optimize Generative AI solutions. The role focuses on using Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, and cloud-based machine learning to create intelligent, enterprise-grade applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the AI team to design and deploy Generative AI solutions using Azure AI Services.
- Train in Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT and apply them to business-specific use cases.
- Work with Azure Functions, APIs, and Cognitive Services for building intelligent workflows.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into working AI-powered applications.
- Perform prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and responsible AI implementations.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize AI models for performance and accuracy.
- Collaborate in agile development environments and contribute to documentation.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Generative AI concepts and LLMs such as GPT.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Azure Functions).
- Basic programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Understanding of APIs, cloud platforms (Azure Portal), and version control tools like Git.
