About Wipro SIM Program

Wipro SIM is a unique “Work + Degree” model. Selected candidates will work full-time as IT Infrastructure professionals at Wipro while pursuing a B.Tech in Information Systems, sponsored entirely by Wipro. The academic partner is a university recognized as an Institute of Eminence (IoE) by the Government of India.

The program equips Diploma holders with industry skills in IT Infrastructure, cloud systems, networking, and digital technologies while helping them complete a full-time engineering degree without financial burden.

Stipend / Salary Details

Wipro offers a structured stipend for all four years of the SIM program:

• 1st Year: ₹12,400 per month
• 2nd Year: ₹15,488 per month
• 3rd Year: ₹17,553 per month
• 4th Year: ₹19,618 per month

Important Rules

• A maximum education gap of 3 years allowed between 10th and Diploma.

• Business Maths / Applied Maths will not be considered.
• Distance/online mode allowed only in 10th or 12th.
• Maximum 1 backlog allowed at the time of assessment.
• Candidates must be 18 years or older during onboarding.
• Applicants who attended any Wipro selection process in the past 3 months are not eligible.
• Indian citizens or candidates with OCI/PIO are eligible.

Job Role: Wipro SIM

Candidates selected for this program will work in roles related to IT Infrastructure Management. Responsibilities may include:
