Job Role Overview
As a Customer Care Executive, your primary responsibility will be to handle customer queries through voice-based international processes, serving clients based in the UK and US. You will be required to ensure high standards of customer service, problem resolution, and service delivery, often working in rotational shifts, including night hours.
This is a voice process role, and candidates must have excellent spoken English and interpersonal skills to be successful.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls related to product or service inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and courteously.
- Communicate effectively with clients in a professional and empathetic tone.
- Work in collaboration with the team to meet performance metrics like Average Handling Time (AHT), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and First Call Resolution (FCR).
- Adhere to internal guidelines and processes to ensure data confidentiality and customer trust.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and system updates for seamless support delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Graduation or Undergraduate degree in any stream (No specific domain required).
- Final-year students awaiting results may also apply, provided they meet communication requirements.
Experience:
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–12 months of international BPO experience (voice process) are also eligible.
Location Requirement:
- Only candidates residing in Mumbai or nearby suburban areas will be considered.
- Applicants must be able to report to the office as this is not a remote position.
Interview Process
The selection process is designed to assess communication, language skills, and adaptability. It includes the following stages:
- HR Screening Interview
Basic eligibility, education, and availability check. - VNA (Voice & Accent) Assessment
Evaluates English fluency, pronunciation, accent clarity, grammar, and listening skills. - Operations Interview
Role-specific discussion with the operations team to understand your customer handling ability, problem-solving approach, and willingness to work in 24×7 shifts.
Candidates who clear all the above rounds will be offered a position based on their overall performance.
Compensation Details
- Freshers: ₹3.35 LPA (Approx. ₹27,900/month CTC)
- Experienced: Up to ₹5 LPA* depending on prior experience and final selection round performance
Note: The actual package may vary based on your last drawn CTC, communication proficiency, and negotiation during HR rounds.
Shift Timings
- Candidates must be flexible to work in rotational shifts including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays based on process requirements.
- This is an international voice support role, hence 24×7 availability is crucial.
