About the Internship

Paytm is inviting applications for the position of Software Engineer Intern – Android under its Paytm Money division. As an Android intern, you’ll contribute to building efficient and scalable apps used by millions. This is a hands-on internship designed to give you exposure to the full mobile development lifecycle and direct collaboration with industry professionals.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and enhancement of Android-based applications
• Collaborate with senior developers and designers to implement clean UI/UX
• Write modular, testable, and efficient code using Java/Kotlin
• Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Work closely with the team to understand and contribute to project goals
• Stay current with Android trends and technologies

Who Can Apply?

• Students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Required Skills

• Solid understanding of Java or Kotlin, and familiarity with Android SDK
• Experience working with Android Studio and XML layouts
• Basic knowledge of RESTful APIs and version control systems (Git)
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative
• Strong analytical and communication skills
