Role Overview: Associate Engineer Trainee

L&T Technology Services is conducting a GET (Graduate Engineer Trainee) Off-Campus Drive for final-year engineering students from the 2025 batch. Salary and Compensation

    • Focused on theoretical and tool-based training to prepare candidates for real-world projects.
  2. On-Job Training (Following 12 Months)
    • Candidates will be deployed in business units for hands-on experience.
    • Full-time employment begins with this phase, under the Associate Engineer title.
  3. Post-Training Conversion
    • Upon successful completion of the training period, trainees will be absorbed into mainstream engineering roles based on performance, team requirements, and business needs.
