For the 2025 batch, Capgemini is conducting off-campus recruitment for Network Engineers in Gurgaon through the Superset platform.

Job Overview

As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for network support, troubleshooting, and implementation of advanced networking solutions while gaining exposure to technologies such as Routing & Switching, Wireless, Data Center, Security, and Cloud Networking.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand your networking knowledge through hands-on work and structured learning.
• Troubleshoot and provide inputs for resolving network-related issues.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth network operations.
• Acquire skills in multiple networking domains and cloud-based environments.
• Maintain a professional, customer-centric approach in all interactions.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (Routing, Switching, Wireless, Security).
• CCNA certification preferred (not mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to work in dynamic environments.

Educational Qualification

• B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Circuit Branches.
• MCA graduates are also eligible.
• Year of Passing: 2025.

Eligibility Criteria

• Active DigiLocker account required.
• Mobile number linked to Aadhaar must be active.
• Must be ready to work from Gurgaon office (5 days a week).
• No location change requests will be accepted post-joining.

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: ₹4 LPA
• Joining Incentive: ₹25,000 (one-time)
• Total CTC: ₹4.25 LPA

• Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)
• Shifts: Early Morning / Evening / Night only (No general day shift)
