Key Responsibilities
As a Service Desk Engineer – Voice Process, you will be expected to:
- Provide voice-based technical support to clients and address customer inquiries related to IT issues.
- Troubleshoot common IT-related concerns such as software installation, login errors, connectivity issues, and system errors.
- Handle ticketing system operations and track service requests and incidents through resolution.
