Job Responsibilities

As an Operations Associate, you will:

• Ensure customer satisfaction by assisting customers with their policy issuance, renewals, and claims process.
• Coordinate with insurance company representatives to ensure timely policy issuance and processing within defined turnaround time.
• Facilitate the policy renewal process, making it seamless and efficient for customers.
• Assist in claims processing and policy management tasks, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with advisors to address and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
• Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify trends, flag issues, and improve process efficiency.
• Maintain operational documentation by creating, updating, and ensuring clarity in procedures.

Eligibility Criteria & Skills Required

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

Experience Required

• 1-2 years of experience in operations, insurance, customer support, or a related field.

Technical & Soft Skills Required

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills.

Salary Details

• CTC: ₹4,54,600 per annum (Fixed & Non-Negotiable).
