Job Responsibilities

As a Junior HR Generalist, you will:

  • Provide HR support by answering employee queries related to contracts, benefits, onboarding, and payroll.
  • Maintain and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for accurate employee records.
  • Manage onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation, system setup, and introductory reviews.
  • Conduct global background checks and ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Collaborate with managers and employees to support HR processes and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in payroll processing by ensuring accurate and timely data submission.
  • Organize global projects, such as training, employee engagement, and culture initiatives.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain GDPR compliance and up-to-date employee files.
  • Work closely with the payroll team to ensure smooth salary payments.
  • Support employees in benefits enrollment and policy clarification.
  • Travel up to 4 times a year for internal company events and global HR meetings.

Eligibility Criteria & Skills Required

Educational Qualifications

  • Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (HR-related degrees are preferred but not mandatory).

Technical & Soft Skills Required

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling HR records and policies.
  • Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR policies (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work setup.

Salary Details
