Job Responsibilities

As a Talent Partner at Meesho, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various teams within the organization
• Identifying and sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and networking
• Conducting screening calls to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and culture fit
• Coordinating interview schedules between hiring managers and shortlisted candidates
• Ensuring a seamless hiring experience by maintaining effective communication with candidates
• Assisting in bulk hiring for key operational roles within the company
• Working closely with the HR team to improve recruitment strategies and processes

Educational Qualification

To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Degree: Any Graduate (B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BCA, etc.)
• Batch: Open to all batches (Freshers and experienced candidates can apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in HR and recruitment will be an added advantage

Salary Details

• Expected salary for the Talent Partner role is INR 3-4 LPA
• The final package will depend on candidates’ qualifications, experience, and interview performance
