Roles & Responsibilities

As an Associate – Digital Product Manager, the candidate will be responsible for:

1. Business Rules Management

• Writing and implementing business rules to support compliance functions.
• Developing strategies for scalable and reusable digital product platforms.

2. Agile Product Development

• Executing Agile frameworks such as Lean, SAFe, and Kanban to manage product development.
• Grooming features and user stories, documenting customer and technical workflows.

3. Product Strategy & Implementation

• Collaborating with technology teams to build self-service tools for faster product launches.
• Identifying inefficiencies and implementing automation solutions for better efficiency.
• Creating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of platform capabilities.

4. Stakeholder Management & Research

• Supporting senior management in prioritizing feature backlogs for impactful platform improvements.
• Staying updated on emerging digital trends, customer needs, and regulatory changes.
• Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership to drive strategic product decisions.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree (Any discipline).
• Candidates with Java coding aptitude will have an added advantage.

2. Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of Java programming.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (SAFe, Kanban, Lean).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to investigate user experience metrics and improve product design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
